P.B.B.Sc Nursing

P.B.B.Sc Nursing is a Degree Course offered by University of Jammu. The duration of the course is 02 years.

Eligibility

• 1. The candidate shall have a diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)
• 2. The candidate must be a registered nurse and midwife
• 3. Sex: Male/Female
• 4. The candidate must have passed 10th & 12th exam in arts/science/commerce conducted by JKBOSE, Jammu & Kashmir UT or its equivalent recognized by University of Jammu.
• 5. Have a working knowledge of English.
• 6. The candidate shall be medically fit and have good personal and professional record.

Documents to be submitted

• 1. All the documents of GNM
• 2. Registration Certificate of State Nursing Council.
• 3. 10th & 12th original certificates with 2 set of photostate copies.
• 4. Certificates of Higher Education if any
• 5. State Domicile/Nationality Certificate
• 6. Caste Certificate should be submitted if SC/ST.
• 7. Twelve passport size photographs.
• 8. Transfer Certificate & migration certificate (for candidates who have completed their qualifying examination under university outside Jammu University)
• 9. Conduct Certificate
• 10. Medical fitness Certificate.

Selection forAdmission

Total number of P.B.B.Sc seats are 40. All the admissions will be made through counseling conducted by BOPEE - Board of Professional Entrance Examinations.

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION

The Examinations both theory and practical are conducted annually by the University of Jammu. There will be two internal examinations both theory and practical conducted by the college in order to provide needed assistance and guidance to students. Unit tests are conducted at regular intervals.

• Security will be refunded under the following conditions:

•      a) Payable without interest after completion of course.
•      b) Subject to clearance of dues from (Labs, Library, Hostel & Transport).
•      c) In case of cancellation or withdrawal due to any reason security amount will be forfeited.

• Exam, Eligibility, Registration, Sports, NSS, SNA, Digital and Promotion Fee will be charged as per university norms.

• Any other fee which is applicable/levied but not covered above shall also be charged.

• Fee once paid will not refunded under any circumstances.

• Please do not forget to obtain cash receipt after payment of fee.

• Fee paid without receipt will not be entertained later on.
