The RGCN Library is designed to support academic excellence by providing access to a wide range of books, journals, and study resources in a calm and organized environment.
Library Rules & Facilities
- Any student of RGCN can become a member.
- Book Bank facility is chargeable (Rs. 1900 for the whole course).
- Two books for 4 days (Library) and two books for 10 days (Book Bank).
- Late submission fine: ₹5/day/book.
- Damaged books will not be issued or accepted.
- Lost/damaged book penalty: 1.5× actual cost.
- Unauthorized use of Book Bank: ₹2500 fine.
- Book Bank remains open during exams & vacations.
