• Any student of RGCN can become a member.
• Book Bank facility is chargeable (Rs. 1900 for the whole course).
• Two books for a period of 4 days are allowed for a student under Library and two books for a period of 10 days are allowed under Book Bank facility.
• Late submission will be charged @ Rs. 5/day/book.
• Damaged books will neither be issued nor accepted.
• In case a book is lost/damaged, a penalty of 1.5 times the actual cost of the book will be imposed.
• Book Bank facility is exclusively available for members only; non-members found involved will be penalized with a fine of Rs. 2500/-.
• Book Bank facility will remain open during exam days, summer, and winter vacations.
